We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities to support bringing sales into the business. In your role as a Lead Generator you will be involved in researching potential clients, building prospect lists, and reaching out through various channels to generate interest and secure high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Prospecting:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
    • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry databases to build prospect lists.
  • Outreach:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients through email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels.
    • Tailor outreach messages to specific prospects to maximize engagement.
  • Lead Qualification:
    • Assess and qualify leads based on their fit with company products or services.
    • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of lead information in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the MD to ensure leads are properly handed off and followed up on.
    • Provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of campaigns to marketing teams.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor and report on lead generation activities and metrics, such as lead conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
      Qualifications
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Driving licence and own car to attend meetings (all expenses and mileage covered)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft outlook
  • First class telephone skills, professional manner, persuasive mentality
  • KPI and target driven
  • “Bounce back ability”, sales is hard, but also rewarding, dealing with rejection is critical in this role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
