What will be your responsibilities:

  1. Receiving Operations
    • Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists to ensure accuracy;
    • Unload, sort, and store materials or products in designated areas within the warehouse;
    • Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with received goods;
    • Maintain accurate records of received shipments in the inventory management system.
  2. Shipping Operations
    • Prepare and package goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation;
    • Coordinate with carriers or couriers to schedule pickups;
    • Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and order specifications;
    • Generate shipping documents such as packing lists, transport documents and dangerous goods declarations.
  3. Inventory Management
    • Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels;
    • Update the inventory system with real-time data on received and shipped items.
  4. Equipment and Safety
    • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required;
    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of goods;
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

Profile and requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent;
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving role;
  3. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and documentation;
  4. Ability to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment;
  5. Dangerous Goods Certification for ADR/IATA will be considered a plus;
  6. Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and records;
  8. Fluency in English, both oral and written;
  9. Team player and strong communication skills;
  10. Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems is a plus.
