Role Overview  

As the Marketing and Bid Coordinator, you’ll play a key role within the Marketing & Client Development team, where you’ll craft impactful business proposals, create compelling copy, and contribute to the company's growth strategy. This is a unique chance to build your expertise in business development and bid management, working closely with colleagues to drive client engagement and new business opportunities.

Marketing and Bid Coordinator Responsibilities: 

Support the tendering process, ensuring seamless proposal submissions.

Collaborate with the Senior Bid Manager on Invitations to Tender.

Develop engaging client proposal documents that communicate value effectively.

Update and manage bid materials and resources to keep content current.

Create persuasive, client-facing documentation that aligns with the firm’s brand.

Assist colleagues in business development activities, identifying opportunities for growth.

Contribute to the company's marketing efforts by crafting copy that captures attention and builds interest.

Marketing and Bid Coordinator Requirements:

1-2 years experience with bid or tender processes, with a talent for persuasive writing.

Or corporate marketing experience with focus on B2B content

A passion for creating compelling written content and crafting impactful business narratives.

Skills in adapting tone and style to align with brand values.

Experience with business proposals and presentations (preferred).

A high level of grammar and creative writing expertise.

Availability to commute to the Bristol office weekly.

A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
