Marketing Manager – Partner Marketing & ABM

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our fast-growth start-up, for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead Partner Marketing & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution. This role will play a crucial part in developing and delivering marketing initiatives that engage key partners and target high-value accounts, driving commercial success in a dynamic and sustainability-focused industry.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will lead the Partner Marketing & ABM channels, working cross-functionally with business development teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns, materials, and strategies that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Marketing

  • Support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing the Partner Marketing Strategy.
  • Develop compelling marketing propositions and claims for partners, including licensees, manufacturing partners, and brands.
  • Create and execute partner marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and commercial success.
  • Develop case studies to showcase the impact and success of partner collaborations.
  • Produce marketing collateral to support the Business Development team in customer engagements.
    Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Support the Head of Marketing and Head of Business Development in designing and executing ABM campaigns.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing tactics for key accounts, including licensees, manufacturers, and end brands.
  • Conduct research and monitor target customers to inform marketing strategies.
    Marketing Performance & Insights
  • Develop and implement an evaluation framework for owned marketing channels.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Manage and report on channel budgets.
  • Provide ad-hoc marketing support for the Head of Marketing and broader business needs.
    Candidate Requirements
    This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, strong communication skills, and a passion for sustainability and innovation. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in ABM and Partner Marketing, ideally within an ingredient materials technology or similar industry.
    Essential Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Partner Marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of how ABM and Partner Marketing drive commercial value for a licensing-based business.
  • Experience executing partner marketing campaigns across various customer types (small businesses, global enterprises, B2B, B2C).
  • Ability to build and execute account plans and targeted ABM campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of ingredient branding and how to market its value to end customers.
  • A track record of developing persuasive marketing assets that drive demand and commercial success.
