The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Marketing Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering compelling sales pitches to prospective clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor marketing solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop proposals and strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

    Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a marketing sales role or Account Management, ideally within a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
