The position is created to self perform maintenance tasks under the contract and to carry out reactive works under the General Duties remit.

Key Accountabilities:

· Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance as directed
· Adhere to KPI completion standards with regards SLA's
· Respond to breakdowns within agreed times.
· Work within Health & Safety guidelines.
· A team player and able to communicate at team and customer level.
· Deliver maintenance under our established processes.
· Participate in training, attend and input at team meetings.
· Identify best practice processes in carrying out maintenance and repairs efficiently
· Complete incident reports and where required back up reports.
· Provide emergency call out duties if required and lone weekend working.
· Respond to alarms or user requests.
· Ability and willingness to respond to all requests however menial
· Focus on high customer satisfaction within service level targets.
· Manage 3rd Party Subcontractors ensuring they follow all EHS requirements imposed by both Mondelez and CBRE and their submitted Method Statement and Risk Assessments
· In addition to the above mentioned tasks.HSEE:

· Maintain good awareness of Health Safety and Environmental issues
· Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training
· Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls
· Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergenciesQuality

· Apply, execute and maintain function related quality issues

Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

· Qualified to a minimum of City&Guilds standard in a mechanical discipline.
· Experience of inspection and maintenance of general M&E plant.
· Proven fault finding ability with a view to minimising downtime.
· Working on continuous improvements / project work.
· Working on energy saving initiatives within the plant & on equipment.
· Working to improve machine / plant condition and performance.
· Experience of working in a factory environment, or similar engineering environment
· Experience of basic building fabric repairs to include plumbing, building, joinery and painting and decorating
