The Opportunity:

Join our Client as a Facebook Ads Specialist and play a pivotal role in their rapidly growing agency. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about leveraging Facebook’s powerful advertising platform to craft high-impact campaigns. As a new team member you should be excited to contribute to the mission and thrive in an innovative, growth-focused environment.

Note: This is an office-based role without options for hybrid or remote work.

Our Client utilises the following platforms for their clients:

Facebook/Instagram Ads
Google Ads (search and display)
Google Local Service Ads
Microsoft Ads

Key Responsibilities:

Strategies, develop, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, focusing on maximising client success in the trades sector.
Generate detailed monthly reports and Loom videos to provide clients with insightful analyses of their campaigns, including strategies for ongoing optimization.
Host weekly Q&A sessions to engage clients and enhance their understanding of their social media advertising strategies.
Perform in-depth competitor and market analysis to ensure campaigns are always a step ahead, incorporating innovative and timely content.
Keep up with the latest trends in social media advertising, sharing key insights with both the clients and the team.
Collaborate with graphic designers, virtual assistants, and web developers to ensure cohesive and creative advertising campaigns.
Provide valuable feedback to the leadership team to aid in training and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience managing Facebook Ads, with a track record of achieving tangible results.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in simple terms.
A creative and strategic thinker, ready to develop innovative approaches to meet and surpass client goals.
Preferably, experience within a digital marketing agency.
