We’re looking for a MOJ Portal Fee Earner to join our growing team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent client service and achieving the best possible outcomes.

As part of our expanding MOJ Portal team, you’ll ideally bring prior experience handling personal injury and credit hire files within the portal. Credit hire knowledge is preferred but not essential — we welcome applications from candidates with the drive and determination to learn and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage files from the point of admission of liability

· Instruct medical experts and review financial losses

· Assess medical reports and losses to progress claims

· Collate and calculate special damages, including loss of earnings

· Prepare and submit settlement packs

· Draft witness statements for clients

· Progress cases litigated due to limitation

· Handle communications with clients and defendants

· Recover vehicle-related damages and credit hire

· Support the team leader with any additional duties
