Attend Monthly Sales Meetings
To develop and maximise current client database
To be able to bring in New business to the company
Develop and present sales strategies to advance the company in the market industry that would increase revenue.
Planning and hitting the given Sales target.
Responsible for weekly reports/forecast
Develop an efficient rapport with clients and staff.
Keep up to date with existing trends that align with the culture of the company.
Keep up to date with competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
Conduct market research to view trends in the company's products and services.
Participate in meetings to stay updated with leads and special accounts.
Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
CRM Management and ensuring the team are delivering best practice through CRM
Attend client Visits nationally
