We're thrilled to announce a fantastic new role for an Office Manager in Newark! If you're ready to bring your leadership skills to a dynamic property team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

THE ROLE

As an Office Manager, you'll take charge of a large property portfolio, ensuring properties are presented at their best. As well as:

  • Oversee the setup and presentation of properties

  • Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to attract tenants

  • Training and supporting the team

  • Produce regular reports on property performance and market trends

  • Ensuring office remains compliant

  • Driving team to hit targets

    THE CANDIDATE

    What are we looking for in an Office Manager? You'll need:

  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team

  • Experience in the property industry

  • A goal-oriented and ambitious mindset

  • The drive to reach and surpass targets

  • A full UK driving licence

  • The ability to generate new business and opportunities
