    Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Resolve incoming customer enquiries, handling queries with the utmost professionalism

  • Maximise sales opportunities by regularly liaising with existing customers and promoting the full product base

  • Identify further business opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers, undertaking market research, and keeping up to date with market trends

  • Create in-depth sales quotations according to customer needs, and follow up on outstanding quotes

  • Undertake sales administration tasks and ensure customer data is maintained and updated

  • Make a positive contribution to the team by offering your support to the wider sales team

    Sales Account Manager Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience gained within a Sales role, either as a Sales Account Manager or a Sales Administrator, who is looking to take a step up

  • Has a good understanding of sales processes and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload and multitask

  • Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels and influence

  • Target-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving results and surpassing expectations

  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
