    The Company:

    ER Recruitment is working with an exciting national employer who are going from strength to strength in their sector. They are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join their team to support the wider sales department.

    If you are resilient, self-motivated and have experience generating leads and converting them to appointments – this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to join a successful business.

    Role & Responsibilities of the Outbound Sales Executive:

  • As a lead generator you are responsible for driving the business forward by introducing new clients and creating opportunities.

  • Prospect call preparation, including company background research.

  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.

  • Identifying and liaising with decision makers building rapport.

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails as well as responding to incoming traffic from the company website.

  • Liaise with the Sales Manager to develop sales

    About You as the Outbound Sales Executive:

  • A minimum of 12 months lead generation or sales experience.

  • Persuasive, resilient, and motivated attitude

  • A professional and confident telephone manor.

  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.

  • Ability to make a high volume of telephone calls.

  • Computer and database literate.

  • Knowledge of MS office suite.

  • A positive and driven approach is essential.

    This role could suit: Telesales Executive, Telemarketer, Outbound Account Manager, Lead Generator.
