Mae hwn yn gyfle cyffrous i chwarae rhan hollbwysig yng gweithrediadau PACD. Byddwch yn ymuno â thîm bach ond uchelgeisiol, ac yn gweithio mewn cysylltiad agos â'r Rheolwr Gyfarwyddwr.

Pwrpas

Bydd y Pennaeth Partneriaethau Strategol yn hybu cydweithio gyda phartneriaid a rhanddeiliaid, a rhyngddynt, er mwyn ymwreiddio dull seiliedig ar systemau o gynyddu chwaraeon a gweithgarwch corfforol mewn cymunedau. Bydd y rôl yn canolbwyntio ar adnabod, cysylltu, dylanwadu a chefnogi partneriaid i greu newid sylweddol yn iechyd a llesiant ein cymunedau lleol drwy gydweithio ar draws y rhanbarth, er mwyn i ni allu mynd i'r afael ag anghydraddoldeb a gwella lefelau gweithgarwch gyda'n gilydd.
