We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fee Earner to join our Court team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
You will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of injury and non-injury claims reviewing and progressing the files to assess if the files can be settled or are ready to be issued. You will be advising on the merits of personal injury and credit hire claims. Providing updates to clients and working targets.
This role is most suited to candidates who have a good understanding of the civil procedure rules. Credit hire experience is desirable but not essential.

About You:
· Legal knowledge including court procedures and in particular an excellent knowledge of the CPR
· Excellent attention to detail
· Analytical thinking skills
· Excellent organisational and verbal communication skills
· The ability to use your initiative and think clearly using logic and reasoning and to work in a fast-paced environment
· The ability to comply with strict deadlines and to be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines and the demands of the team
