About the Role

We’re looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our expanding commercial team and play a key role in ensuring our pricing remains competitive, profitable, and strategically aligned with our goals.

This is a commercially focused and analytically driven position where you’ll use data, market insight, and pricing tools to maximise sales, margin, and conversion. You’ll take ownership of pricing processes across your product areas — balancing automation with hands-on pricing and continuous improvement.

Working closely with teams across Data, Development, and Marketing, you’ll help shape pricing strategies, improve systems, and provide insights that influence business performance.

Job Opportunity

 Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain pricing rules and structures to support business goals.
  • Review and optimise prices daily to stay competitive and profitable.
  • Analyse competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data insights to recommend changes that drive sales, margin, and conversion.
  • Manage the set-up of new products and ensure pricing is accurate from day one.
  • Monitor product performance and support management in achieving KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine pricing tools, reports, and processes.
  • Take ownership of improving pricing accuracy and automation.
  • Support ongoing projects and share insights that influence business decisions.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, communication, and teamwork.


Essential Skills

Essential Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar pricing, commercial, or data-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, data interpretation, and market trend analysis.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Able to interpret data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to change.

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Qualifications in pricing, data analysis, or business analytics (e.g., CIMA, CFA, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or Python for data analysis.
  • Experience with automated pricing tools or pricing software.
