Project Manager Measurement & Control Technology

As a Project Manager, you are the orchestrator of technical success. You ensure that measurement and control projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard - from planning to completion. You'll be leading multiple projects, managing stakeholders, and working with multidisciplinary teams to make smart building systems a reality.

Clear are currently looking for a Project Manager in Measurement & Control Technology to lead the delivery of cutting-edge control systems that keep these buildings running smoothly, efficiently, and intelligently.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring measurement and control system deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to scope;
Acting as the central point of contact for clients, consultants, and third parties, maintaining strong and professional relationships;
Leading and motivating the project team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, fostering effective collaboration and accountability;
Overseeing site operations and coordinating with internal departments to align planning, logistics, and resource deployment;
Monitoring contracts and budgets, including procurement, variation orders, and financial reporting;

Ideal Candidate:

A minimum of MBO-4 level education in a technical direction (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, control systems);
Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week;
Solid knowledge of UAV (Uniform Administrative Conditions), planning methodologies, and basic project finances;
Demonstrable experience in electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, climate, control and process technology.
Knowledge of systems such as Priva, Schneider, Distech, and/or Siemens GBS is a strong advantage.
