I'm currently working with a pioneering organisation who are on an innovative change and transformation journey.

Within their portfolio there are several projects lined up around digital, IT & customer focused programmes of work.

As the Project Manager you will be leading on a number of projects within the portfolio, ensuring these are delivered on time and within budget. Specifically, you will be working on automation projects focused around business process automation. You will be managing projects that utilise RPAs such as UiPath or Blue prism. You will own the full end to end project lifecycle.

This means you will be liaising and partnering with key stakeholders across the business and be looked at to inspire the wider project team around you, so motivation, negotiation and an ability to influence people will be key.

Alongside this you will be monitoring project progress, tracking budgets and maintaining an overview of risk management.

To be considered for the role you should have:

Delivered at least 3 end to end projects in a digital transformation setting
Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism
Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
Prince2 or equivalent
Lean six sigma

As mentioned, you will be at the forefront of some pioneering projects. There is an excellent team culture and benefits on offer. You will need to be on site a minimum of 2 days a week.
