Siamo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning estate agents in Coventry.

Currently seeking an experienced property Agent to carry out inspections daily. 

Job Description 
Working as an agent is often fast paced and demanding but extremely rewarding.
You will be sharing responsibility for the day-to-day external appointments conducted on behalf of the office. 
This could range from both letting and sales viewings, general inspections, move in and move out inspections, appraisals, rent chasing and spot checks of properties.  You will on most occasions have the responsibility of the company's first face to face impression: you will be the face and voice of the estate agent, and presentation of the brand. You will be persuasive in influencing viewings to act QUICKLY in making decisions to reserve the property.  You will consistently always present yourself in a professional manner.  Being organised is paramount this will result in you being successful in your role. 

Requirements
Must have own car and valid licence

The role will include working effectively under pressure whilst maintaining a proactive approach.  You will be responsible for championing our values and behaviours ensuring that you constantly display our core values in every aspect of your role.

Attention to detail when filling in your various reports and furthermore capturing the evidence the office require is the most important element of your role. 
You will need an understanding of HMO’s understand the requirements and be vigilant when entering any HMO property. 
you will be responsible for opening and closing doors including front, back and bedroom doors, completing documents, reporting maintenance issues.
You will be using a camera, apps and laptop to upload reports and images.
 
Hours 
You will be employed 8 hours a day and every other Saturday from 9:30 to 2:00 (4.5 hours), their weekly hours are 40 (8 x 5) + 4.5 = 44.5 hours for weeks they work Saturday and 40 hours for weeks they don't.
Mon – Fri 9-6 and every other Sat.

Salary 
£26,000 plus fuel allowance of £50 each week.
