Proposal Copywriter

London - Hybrid

£45,000 - £70,000 (depending on level of experience)

We're working with a growing, successful Market Research agency, who are looking for a great copywriter to come in to work exclusively on proposals for their Consumer / B2B business clients, and enhance the quality of what they deliver and how they work.

The Proposal Copywriter will lead the writing component for designing proposals.

Looking for someone with a background in copy writing or proposal writing, either in-house or freelance, who is adept at crafting copy that is both persuasive and professional.

What You'll Be Doing

Working with a senior team of researchers and the Head of Client Strategy, to write proposals for brands across a wide range of sectors. You'll partner with a senior researcher on each proposal to have all the details you need to write tailored copy.

You'll work closely with the commercial team to improve the win rate for proposals.

You'll Need:

Excellent written English, sharp, engaging copy skills, with excellent grammar

Proven experience crafting content for business audiences, especially proposals, bids, or commercial decks

Strong ability to grasp complex ideas quickly and shape them into clear, persuasive narratives, with agile tone of voice to suit different clients

Confident using Word and PowerPoint to structure and present content effectively

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality, even when working to tight deadlines

Ability to prioritise work load and be adaptable when needed
Collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with a team of smart, creative specialists
