Working hours - Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.45pm, Friday 8am to 12.30pm

    PURPOSE OF JOB

    The ILC Graduate is responsible for general clerical responsibilities within the Supply Chain and Customer Interface environment encompassing both Commercial and Purchasing activities, along with any other reasonable requests made by the Company.

    MAIN DUTIES

    • Running reports to support various commercial functions

    • Daily/Weekly KPI generation

    • Customer forecast / order book uploads into ERP system

    • Raising of manual Sales Orders (AOG/NPI)

    • ERP maintenance (i.e updating information from various external sources)

    • Liaising with production supervisors to aid planners with critical part status

    • Basic Purchasing functions

    • General office administration duties

      SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Good IT skills including MS Office and Outlook

    • Well organised and able to multitask.

    • Must possess drive and determination to succeed.

    • A working knowledge of the aerospace industry, preferably with a manufacturing bias.

    • “can do” attitude.

    • Persuasive and Persistence characteristics.

    • Strong communication and customer liaison skills.

    • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.

    • Excellent time management skills, methodical worker with high level attention to details.

    • Accurate data input and advanced excel skills essential.
