Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our production team. The successful candidate will follow production plans, ensure quality assurance, collaborate on problem-solving, and support their team in meeting deadlines and quality standards.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Task Execution: Carry out tasks as per production requests and quality requirements.
  • Production Planning & Quality Tasks: Follow production schedules and corresponding quality tasks.
  • Attendance & Timeliness: Ensure punctuality with entry/exit times, breaks, and task durations.
  • Maintenance of Facilities & Tools: Ensure facilities, equipment, and tools are well-maintained.
  • Collaborative Communication: Maintain good, assertive communication with colleagues in other sections.
  • Production Issues: Detect production problems and defective parts at the correct control points to prevent faulty parts from advancing in the process.
  • Problem-Solving: Work with production to implement corrective actions to resolve issues and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Quality Assurance Approach: Ensure that all tasks are performed with a focus on quality assurance, proactivity, problem-solving, and record-keeping.
  • Record-Keeping: Register weights and assist team leaders in organizing parts for bonding, ensuring reliability and easy access to data.
  • Meeting Deadlines: Ensure all tasks and deliveries are completed on time.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure safety in the workplace, preventing risky behaviors and improper use of equipment.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area before, during, and after task completion.
  • Cross-Section Tasks: Perform tasks in integration, lamination, finishing, painting, or other sections as required by production needs.
  • Implement Instructions: Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
  • Team Contribution: Contribute to a motivated, productive, and disciplined team.

Profile and requirements:Education: High School Diploma. Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level. Computer Skills: Proficient in user-level computer tools. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of lamination processes and SST Quality Tools: Knowledge of quality processes and tools. Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the function or a similar role. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills. Goal-Oriented: Focus on achieving production goals. Communication & Leadership Skills: Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities United Kingdom (required) - To apply for this role candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
