As we are now into our 11th year we're looking for consultants to join the team with any level of experience, you could be an experienced consultant looking for a new sector or someone who is specifically aiming to get into a true sales role. You will be focusing on food & FMCG industries.

At The Sterling Choice, we excel in food industry recruitment, we have a team of strong consultants so to compliment the skills and personalities we already have we are opening the doors to some fresh faces and hard working characters.

This is not a job for someone who doesn't want to work hard to surpass potential. We give everyone the platform to succeed, but it ultimately comes down to the individuals to do what is needed.

Uncapped commission= huge earning potential!

Role:

Source top-tier candidates across an un-decided discipline within the the FMCG industry, will be anything from engineering, operations, supply chain/logistics, HR/commercial or technical.
Generate and chase leads while keeping a pool of warm candidates you can continually dive into to ensure our clients are kept in the loop with the required talent.
Requirements:

Proven sales/targeted experience (2-3 years)
Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Able to work on a proactive basis
Genuine enthusiasm for the food/FMCG sectors (this can obviously be trained)
