Responsibilities:
• Business Development, you will create new business opportunities. Conducting effective sales calls and sales techniques to attract new clients.
• Sales negotiating, you will lead in the negotiations from start to finish
• Client Meetings, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with clients, understand their hiring needs and build lasting partnerships.
• Offer Management, help manage the offer process, ensuring a win-win situation for both clients and candidates.

Key Requirements:
• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial or related sector
• Passionate & Ambitious: we seek individuals with a hunger for success and a desire to grow in the recruitment industry
