Hudson Banks is a market leading Recruitment Firm based in South Cerney, surrounded by the Cotswolds Lakes and within a convenient commuting distance of Swindon, Cirencester, and Cheltenham. We boast a prestigious client base with long-standing relationships across all of the top employers within our sector.
Due to growth, we are now seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team. You will inherit an established desk, and warm relationships with the largest clients in our sector, as well as being responsible for further building and developing one of our fastest growing service lines.

No more splitting your time across cold business development calls and candidate generation, you’ll get to focus on further building already warm and established relationships with client stakeholders and will gain a reputation for high quality delivery, with help from your dedicated team.
  • Tired of working a vertical with a low volume of repeat business and low average fees? Come and join a team with a small number of core clients with requirements across the UK, becoming their problem solver and market expert, within a high demand and high margin service line.
  • Genuinely warm and established desk, with relationships built and developed over 15 years with the largest employers within the Accountancy sector in the world.
    Your Profile
  • At least 12 months experience in a client facing recruitment role (180 or 360).
  • Professional telephone manner, with the ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and in person.
  • Persuasive communication style.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
