We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with the company’s top 50 customers across the UK. This role requires an individual with strong food industry experience and a friendly yet assertive personality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and growing key accounts within the designated regions.

Location: Head Office Swindon
Salary: £40,000+ (depending on experience)
Benefits: Company mobile, laptop, car allowance, mileage paid
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Requirements



Proven experience in account management, preferably within the food wholesale, catering, or hospitality sectors.

Strong understanding of fresh produce, foodservice distribution, and wholesale supply chains.

*

A confident, friendly, and persuasive personality with excellent communication skills.

*

Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and identify commercial opportunities.

*

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

*

Comfortable working independently and managing a large geographical territory.

*

Full UK driving license is essential.
