Howdens joinery are looking for a Regional Contract Sales Manager to join our contracts team covering the North London area

This role offers a RCM the opportunity to identify new business opportunities in order to promote and sell Howdens kitchens, appliances and accessories to High Rise Developments. The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service and an exceptional talent for building and securing business relationships.

What will I be doing as a Contract Sales Manager?

  • Meeting and surpassing sales targets through developing new and existing contracts
  • Making initial contact with potential customers including builders, developers, and housing associations
  • Promoting and selling Howdens services and outstanding kitchen ranges, appliances and accessories
  • Working closely with the Kitchen CAD designer to produce innovative, creative kitchen solutions to meet the needs of the end user within the restraints of the budget

    What we need from you

  • Experience selling into the Construction / Housing Market is essential.
  • Kitchen sales are advantageous.
  • Ideally having worked and sold into the contracts market.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and an exceptional talent for building and securing business relationships
  • Passionate about customer care and building business through trust and recommendations
  • Computer literate
  • Hold a full driving license
  • Anyone with experience working in the Kitchen industry is advantageous

    What we can offer you:

  • £45-55,000 OTE
  • Company car, laptop and mobile
  • Pension plan (up to 12% employer contributions)
  • 25 days rising to 27 days after 5 years’ service and 30 days after 10 years’ service
