Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly connected Regional Sales Manager to drive DefendEye’s expansion across Europe. You will leverage your deep industry relationships and proven expertise in UAV sales to establish and accelerate our market presence within defense, governmental, and first responder sectors. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership, exceptional relationship-building, and a strong results-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across European military, government agencies, and first responder organizations.
  • Strategic Sales Development: Proactively develop and execute targeted sales strategies, focusing on large-scale contracts and strategic partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust, senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officials across relevant sectors.
  • Tailored Client Solutions: Clearly demonstrate our advanced autonomous drone technology and provide customized solutions for surveillance, reconnaissance, emergency response, and tactical operations.
  • Sales Achievement: Consistently deliver against aggressive sales targets, provide precise forecasting, and insightful market feedback.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations) to optimize market positioning and customer satisfaction.


Who You Are:

  • Minimum 7+ years of successful sales experience with UAV/drone technologies in military, defense, government, or first responder markets.
  • Proven track record in securing significant, high-value contracts and consistently surpassing sales objectives.
  • Strong existing network of senior-level procurement and decision-making contacts within European military, government, or emergency response organizations.
  • Thorough understanding of the procurement processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory landscape specific to UAV technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout Europe to attend industry events and client meetings.
