Candidate - You will have a record of selling a product into HVAC contractors and installers. Ideally this will be HVAC heating and cooling products, namely air conditioning, splits, multi's, VRF / VRV, DX, fan coils, AHU's, chillers, hybrid systems, ventilation, MVHR, HIU's, controls, heat exchangers but we are open to someone selling any associated product e.g. plumbing, heating, heat pumps, boilers, ASHP's, booster sets, valves, piping and plumbing.

The Position

Cutting edge, state of the art leading HVAC provider seeks a unique Regional Sales Manager to grow and expand their most lucrative region in the South West. You will be focussed on building relationships with an extensive number of HVAC contractors and installers. Not only will you have the benefit of working for a top provider and recognised brands in the HVAC industry, you will also be able to offer the latest hybrid and renewable heating and cooling technologies that help them not only comply with energy efficiency regulations but to surpass them and strive towards decarbonisation.

The Package

  • £55k - £60k Basic Salary

  • £90k OTE uncapped

  • Company Car / Car Allowance

  • Home working with access to regional office.

    Experience Required

    You will be a successful sales professional with a proven background of selling HVAC into contractors and installers whether cooling, heating, ventilation or controls. It will be an advantage if you have specifically sold air conditioning, DX, VRF/VRV, AHU’s, fan coils, chillers, controls or MVHR into contractors and installers however if you have sold another product such as boilers, ASHP’s, plumbing, HIU's, heat exchangers, piping, booster sets, hot water cylinders etc into the same contractors and installers please still apply as training will be given.
