My client are hiring for a Sales Account Manager to join their well-established, fast-paced technology business based in Wokingham. This is not a cold-calling role, all outreach is to warm leads generated from the company's website, long-term client base, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Your Role Will Involve:

Managing inbound enquiries and following up on marketing-generated leads
Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
Understanding client requirements and providing tailored technology solutions
Handling the full sales cycle from enquiry to order, with support from experienced colleagues
Delivering exceptional service to maximise customer satisfaction and repeat business

Who We're Looking For:

Someone with proven experience in sales, ideally in a phone-based or account management role
A confident, persuasive communicator who enjoys speaking with people
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Organised, able to manage pipelines and prioritise workload
A quick learner, full product training is provided, but a curiosity about technology is helpful

What's on Offer:

£25,000 - £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of around £8,000 annually
Office-based role with no weekend work
