We're looking for a confident, motivated communicator to join our team as a Sales Agent. Based in the heart of Bournemouth, you'll be speaking to potential customers on behalf of a variety of clients, starting conversations, building relationships, and generating quality sales leads.

What you'll do:

Make outbound calls using clear scripts and campaign guides
Build rapport quickly and ask the right questions to understand customer needs
Promote our clients' products and services in a professional, engaging way
Record call outcomes and lead info accurately in our CRM
Work closely with client teams to hand over qualified leads
Keep your knowledge of campaigns and offers up to date
Share feedback and results with campaign managers

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a sales role
