Sales Coordination Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordination Assistant to join our dynamic sales coordination team. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal support element, ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities for their client portfolio through effective coordination and administration. This role is perfect for someone who is not only good with numbers but also capable of challenging our sales team to achieve and surpass their targets.

Location: Milton Keynes/Site-based
Contract Type: Full Time/Permanent
Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30.
Starting Salary: £30,000-£35,000, dependent on experience
Benefits: Up to 6% Annual Bonus, Company Pension Scheme, Company Sick Pay and Income Protection, Westfield Health Plan, Holiday (increasing with service)

Please note: this role does not meet the required skill level to be eligible for Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship in the UK.

About the Role:

• Serve as key contact for your client portfolio, addressing enquiries, building relationships with key client stakeholders and providing administrative support such as invoice/payment, custom documentation and dispute management.
• Analyse your client portfolio’s financial performance in relation to the company’s objectives and propose action plans where required.
• Assist the Sales Coordination manager in profit and loss analysis, budget preparation and forecasting activities to support sales objectives.
• Assist the Sales Team in preparing sales proposals, price quotations, meeting presentations and support them when attending client meetings/trade shows and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Stay informed of developments and changes in laws and regulations (GSCOP) and thoroughly review client’s contractual agreements.

About You:

• Possess strong numeracy skills with a degree level qualification in Finance/Business Management or related field.
• Have proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills adapted to internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Be flexible and able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
