£28,000 basic salary with realistic year 1 OTE of £10-15k

You will join an existing high performing sales team, working with great leaders and a fab training team- your success is our priority.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospecting and Research: Identify and connect with decision-makers in key industries via multiple avenues

  • Outbound Calling: Engage with key decision makers, uncover their needs- presenting tailored solutions.

  • Working closely with BDMs to build productive relationships

  • Create opportunities for BDMs to further qualify the the solution and ensure the sales are closed

  • Pipeline Management: Stay on top of leads and opportunities using our CRM system.

  • Achieving Targets: Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.

    We’re looking for motivated and driven individuals:

  • Have a proven track record in outbound sales

  • Possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Are self-motivated, resilient, and thrive in a competitive environment.

  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and performance.
