Sales Manager – High-Performance Sales Team

My client is a fast-growing, performance-led business transforming how investment properties are bought and sold. They’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a team of outbound sales reps and drive a culture built on standards, accountability, and results.

This isn’t a job for coasters -it’s a role for a high-impact leader who thrives in a high-pressure, high-reward environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, coach, and manage a team of outbound sales reps

Lead daily meetings, training, and performance reviews

Drive KPIs: calls, conversions, offers, revenue

Enforce sales systems, scripts, and standards

Challenge underperformance and build a high-output culture

Collaborate with leadership to evolve sales processes

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

Experience leading outbound sales teams in target-driven environments (e.g., B2B sales, high-ticket closers, auctions, utilities, home improvement)

Strong leadership and coaching skills with a direct, high-energy style

A focus on data, goals, and discipline

Thick skin, sharp instincts, and zero tolerance for excuses
