Sales Manager - Fleet Street

Basic Salary £50,000 + Realistic £100,000 OTE

Monday – Friday 08:45am – 6pm

Our client specialise in identifying wealth-building opportunities in the UK buy to Let market. They work with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking for 1 or 2 property investments, to overseas funds and institutions looking for large bulk purchases.

This is an extremely rare opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Manager who ideally has experience managing a team within a Telesales Environment, preferably with investment sales experience and at least 3 year’s leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will be switched on, ambitious and motivated by uncapped earning potential. You should possess a great deal of integrity, energy, and drive as well as the desire to exceed targets. You will have the ability to build rapport and deliver to their clients dreams and aspirations. This role is all about having a great attitude and ideal if you thrive in an environment where your effort is directly related to your earning potential and success.

Key skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years sales manager experience essential

  • Expert sales trainer and coach

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets as an individual and as a leader

  • Experience within a Telesales Managerial role

  • An entrepreneurial approach, enthusiasm and positive attitude

  • Strong sales and people management skills including performance management

  • Ability to manage, monitor and suggest improvements for key success

  • An excellent and persuasive communicator at all levels

  • Analytical approach with a solid understanding of sales

  • Thrive in an environment where taking on responsibility and new challenges is part of your daily routine

  • Able to work under pressure to produce results

    Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team meet and exceeds all KPI’s for sales activity and sales revenue

  • Identifying learning and development opportunities for the team including on the job training and coaching recruiting new members to the team

  • To ensure year-on-year revenue growth and team expansion

  • Advising and closing property deals

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with company partners

  • Ensuring objectives, sales standards, processes and structures are embedded throughout
