Job Description

No other sales roles are likely to offer what we do:

  1. You can earn much more than this, but realistically, you can expect to earn at least £55k - £60K OTE
  2. Prove yourself and you will progress your career i.e. become a Senior and Specialist Sales Manager with significant uplifts in base salary at every step. We also foresee Team Management opportunities becoming available, as the team continues significant growth
  3. We can offer the opportunity to gain a CeMap qualifications, which allows you to be a qualified Mortgage Advisor, with all earning potential and career opportunities that this provides.
  4. All this.. and no Cold Calls; Existing customers and incoming sales call only.

 

 As a Commercial Sales Executive, we are looking for someone to:

  • Handle inbound Sales calls from potential clients interested in commercial secured loans
  • Develop sales opportunities through establishing the nature of their business, growth plans & future need
  • Qualify leads by assessing the customers' needs and providing them with the most appropriate loan products and services
  • Provide expert insight on loan products, repayment terms and eligibility requirements
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalised and professional service
  • Effectively manage and track all leads and interactions in the CRM system maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and fulfilment teams to ensure smooth loan processing
  • Meet or exceed monthly Sales targets and KPI’s set by management
  • Upsell or Cross-sell additional financial products to existing clients when appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
  • To represent the company brand and values in all contact with customers so that customer retention and repeat business is maximised


Qualifications

Candidates with a strong combination of the following are highly regarded:

  • Proven experience in high volume telephone sales within the financial services or Commercial lending space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, With the ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections effectively
  • Highly motivated and results-orientated with a passion for sales
  • Secured Loan/ Broker experience will be highly regarded
  • Experience of building and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients
  • Experience of the commercial finance market and associated products
  • A true relationship builder
