Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Location: Swansea

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year

The Opportunity

Aztrum is partnering with a growing tech solutions provider in search of a Senior Account Manager to join their team. Specialising as a Value-Added Reseller (VAR), this company delivers cutting-edge IT services across cloud infrastructure, cyber defence, networking, and strategic IT consultancy.

If you’re an accomplished Account Manager with a strong background in the MSP or VAR space, and you’re passionate about growing client relationships and driving commercial outcomes, this could be your ideal next move.

Your Role

As a Senior Account Manager, your main focus will be to foster deep client engagement while expanding business opportunities. You will:

Build strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients
Seek out and close new opportunities across your portfolio
Understand business needs and craft technology-driven proposals
Work hand-in-hand with internal engineers and project teams
Promote services across cloud solutions, security frameworks, IT networks, and data protection systemsWhat We’re Looking For

Previous success in an Account Management role within a VAR or Managed Services environment
Strong sales experience across IT offerings such as cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and connectivity
Proven ability to win new accounts and grow existing ones
Confident communicator with persuasive negotiation skills
