We are seeking a highly proactive individual with a strong grasp of AV/VC technologies as applied in corporate settings. Majority of the AV spaces are meeting rooms utilsing Logitech Microsoft Teams Room systems. Experience of dealing with Microsoft Teams Rooms is critical. The ideal candidate should hold industry-recognized AV qualifications, be motivated to expand their knowledge through training, and excel in communication. Presenting oneself professionally with a friendly and outgoing demeanor is essential, coupled with a positive attitude. This person should readily take responsibility for system ownership and upkeep while consistently seek to surpass expectations. Proficiency in administration, computer technology, PC applications, networking and AV installations is a must.

SKILLS PROFILE

• Knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams

• Ability to operate Videoconference hardware (Microsoft Teams, Webex, Poly, Logi etc) and to troubleshoot any potential issues relating to audio feedback, no video etc.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, UC PCs, Polycom, Logitech, and Crestron Flex VC solutions, Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS, and Extron.

• Avixa CTS preferred, Microsoft Certification desirable.

• Fully IT literate with strong MS Office skills.

• AV install experience is essential.

• Experienced in delivering support services to large corporate customers.

• Manual handling tasks will be required when necessary for moving equipment.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. The nature of this role involves last minute requests and as such, flexibility is a key attribute.

• Adaptability to work in unfamiliar surroundings.

• Passionate customer service attitude and proven customer service skills. • Extensive experience in working in a pressured operational environment.

• Willing to undertake security screening (BPSS & SC) • SSSTS & ECS/CSCS Card

• First Aid in Mental health preferred
