Are you a talented Senior Customer Business Manager and looking for anexciting new opportunity? Do you thrive in a supportive yet fast-paced environment? if so this is the perfect role for you.

The Recipe In this role you will use compelling consumer, category and customer insights to develop and implement the Customer and Joint Business Plans, ensuring all agreed set targets are achieved.

The Role You'll develop and execute customer plans which will achieve or exceed the targets set, and incorporate activation, brand plan range and NPD promotion, Business Development and merchandising tactics. You'll be responsiblie for building effective customer relationships with key contacts in Trade, Marketing, Store and Supply functions, ensuring achievement of Joint Business Plan. Where appropriate you'll manage, motivate, coach and develop the sales team to achieve the goals and targets set as well as manage and prepare complex trade negotiations. Ensuring that we are utilising internal expertise to ensure best justifications are put forward to influence positively our customers..

You'll monitor and report on sales performance, recommending corrective actions and gaining agreement to solutions to achieve and exceed budgeted numbers for the Customer, and manage the S and OP process, ensuring improvement to and achievement of forecast accuracy targets. When appropriate lead the cross functional teams to deliver demand and supply category and order management initiatives, and utilise effectively account profitability information to deliver improved profitability by Customer.

Essential Ingredients
Significant commercial experience, ideally gained within Grocery, FMCG, sales environment.
Experience at national account level, managing a top grocery retailer.
People management experience.
Excellent commercial skills: negotiator, good understanding of the bakery industry, analytical, working knowledge of SandOP process; able to develop and communicate compelling commercial arguments; experience of developing joint business plans with retailer.
Financial acumen- an ability to deliver challenging P + L in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication skills: Articulate; influential; persuasive; makes a positive impact with their approach.
Excellent relationship builder: establishes credibility and builds rapport with both internal and external contacts from a senior level downwards.
Excellent organisational skills: managing own and others time effectively.
Excellent IT skills- knowledgeable on complex spread sheets and able to prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations. Extra Dough At last and by no means yeast you will want to know what your breads worth:
