Are you ready to make a real impact in engineering recruitment? We're looking for a motivated Senior or Principal Search Consultant to join our exciting permanent recruitment division in engineering. We are flexible on sectors! You'll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them with high-profile clients, while taking full operational responsibility for your desk and client relationships

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing Top Talent: Discover, assess, and place highly skilled engineers in senior, permanent positions
Innovative Sourcing: Use creative strategies to grow your talent pool and attract top-tier candidates—Boolean wizardry welcome!
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a consistently high-quality talent pool.
Client Management: Manage client relationships with finesse—through visits, calls, and in-person meetings.
Compliance Expert: Ensure adherence to NES Fircroft’s quality standards, national regulations, and specific client requirements.
