The Role:

As aSenior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK and internationally. This is ahunterrole, where you will identify and engage key decision-makers indefence, critical infrastructure, and private security sectors. You will leverage yourtechnical knowledge and consultative sales skillsto position industry-leadingCounter Drone solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute anew business sales strategyfor Counter-UAS solutions.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders within thedefence and private security sectors.
  • Build strong relationships withgovernment agencies, military, and private organisations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle fromlead generation to closing high-value deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams, includingengineering and product teams, to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up to date withmarket trends, competitor activity, and emerging threatsin the C-UAS space.


About You:

  • Proven track record in B2B saleswith experience inCounter Drone / C-UAS solutions.
  • Strong experience selling into thedefence, security, or private sector markets.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with ahunter mentality.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to workremotelywhile managing a strong sales pipeline.
