As a Senior Search Consultant working on a retained model in Green Chemicals, you’ll be at the heart of helping companies find the talent they need to shape a sustainable future. You'll partner closely with clients, taking the lead in sourcing top-tier candidates for key roles, all while ensuring a smooth, exclusive hiring process. Sourcing Top Talent: Discover, assess, and place highly skilled engineers in senior, permanent positions
