Senior Staffing and Events Manager - for a company providing promotional teams for vape products / alchol and mobile phones

The role is WFH & Field Based London

Salary: 40k

Hours per week: 40 hrs – there will be weekends and on call for Night requirements

Duties including

Recruitment.

  • Planning and Managing recruitment days.

  • Keeping the staff level to a high quality and quantity for all key areas.

  • Making sure there is national coverage - networking to gain staff and coverage in the troublesome areas.

  • Understanding of tactical self-employed workers

    Database/ Staffing portal.

  • Keeping staff profiles up to date with addresses Performance and availability.

  • Making sure that all staff have correct bank details and the key aspects for profiling the staff to the client’s needs is consistently updated.

  • Ensuring that feedback for every activity is input on to the system for all staff on each activity correctly.

  • Ensuring that all Briefs and reports are loaded to the system and communicated to staff.

  • Ensuring all shifts are loaded on the system correctly for the support team to book and assign the staff.

  • Managing the database to make sure all shifts are assigned correctly with correct pay and expenses.

    Staffing/Activity Management

  • Ensuring all client activities are booked and the team are in place E.g., selecting the right BAs and EMs to fit the client’s request. Briefing the Field support to understand the activity needs and dates.

  • Measure activity performances motivating the teams to deliver the daily/ activity targets.

  • Supporting the relationships between all Clients by updating them on activity’s out of office times.

  • Attend weekly client facing meetings and giving feedback where needed and actioning all learning for the field.

  • Being the link from field to office, making sure the EM/BA reports are reported correctly and with all key detail.

    Operational:

    Ensure all Briefing docs are proofread before going out to the field and working with Ops to get them correct.

  • Create Guides for all process for the field and Ops to follow.

  • Identify and provide feedback and insight on activities to Ops and EMs to support reporting and activity’s

    Key skills for this role

  • Strong understanding of working with Tactical staff and the promo/ experiential industry.

  • Good understanding of the promotional and merchandising industry.

  • Flexible with hours and days of working. This will include some weekends and nights.

  • Results Driven

  • Personal organisation and effectiveness – multi tasking several priorities.

  • Collaboration skills – builds partnering relationships with Field staff, Field Support, Clients & colleagues.

  • Customer Focus – Ensuring each activity is delivered with Passion, Planning and client focus and knowledge.

  • Communication skills – communicates persuasively to win support.

  • National role – This role will include visiting live activities and Events to support and manage the staff on site
