Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division.

 

Projects that are being delivered will be EWI, heat source pumps, internal and external plan maintenance projects to street properties in the area . They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around the Southwark area.

 

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives

PAS 2030/2035 knowledge/experience

Lead the site team to the best of your ability

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff

Pre & post inspections of works

Health & safety & quality checks

 

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.

 

This is a permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
