Role Overview

As a SaaS Sales Manager (BDM), you will lead efforts to drive the adoption of our SaaS solutions among non-enterprise customers in the UK. This role suits a confident, results-driven sales professional with strong Retail tech SaaS sales expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and qualify potential non-enterprise clients in the retail and hospitality sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive deal closures.
Present solutions clearly and persuasively, focusing on business value and outcomes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and generate leads.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay updated on product offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Provide client feedback to inform product development and road map decisions.
Accurately manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system.Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in SaaS sales, retail and/or hospitality sector experience a must.
Has demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client challenges and articulate solutions in business terms.
Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience with mid-market businesses is highly desirable.
