About Altitude Angel

The end of 2024 marked a decade of Altitude Angel – a journey driven by innovation, collaboration and a shared vision of shaping future skies with the safe and unsegregated integration of uncrewed aviation.

Since the beginnings in 2014, we’ve transformed the landscape of drone and airspace management, delivering future proof solutions to connect skies and communities safely and efficiently.

By laying the foundations for the safe integration of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) into shared airspace, we’ve paved the way for the future of advanced air mobility (AAM).

About the Role

Our applications and cloud services play a vital role in providing operators, airports, and landowners with the tools to intuitively understand the state of the airspace in which they are operating or controlling. Complex airspace shapes, rules, and regulations are translated into a digestible model, providing the tooling to request and obtain or approval access to regulated airspace and/or private land. They inform the operator about potential and actual conflicting traffic and interacting with airspace management systems and authorities – whether a human or machine interface.

As our Technical Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of new products and projects. This is really a cross-functional role, working with stakeholders internal and external, technical and commercial. You’ll lead product initiative delivery, tracking progress, clearing blockages, ensuring regular and clear communications with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery processes are continuously refined and optimised.

What You will Do

  • Lead end-to-end agile delivery of web-based applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure software
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, UX, operations, and commercial teams
  • Develop and communicate release plans, aligning with agile roadmaps, sprint goals, and business priorities
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
  • Continuously optimise agile delivery processes and champion best practices
  • Work with Azure DevOps to manage work items, sprints, and release pipelines, ensuring clear tracking and reporting
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Identify and remove delivery blockers, managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Support teams in adopting continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices for rapid and reliable software delivery
  • Ensure that software releases meet security, quality, and compliance requirements, coordinating with QA and security teams as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders internal and external (including customers) to ensure expectations are met while maintaining agile flexibility

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in an agile software delivery role, ideally within a SaaS or web-based application environment
  • Background in delivering web applications, with an understanding of modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and microservices architectures
  • Experience in developing and managing agile release plans, including coordination of testing, approvals, and deployment
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), with hands-on experience coaching teams
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for backlog management, reporting, and tracking software development
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment strategies, and DevOps culture
  • Strong stakeholder management skills—able to align technical teams, product owners, and external customers
  • Experience working with quality assurance and security teams to ensure robust software releases
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and improving delivery performance (e.g., velocity, cycle time, DORA metrics)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative development cycles, balancing business priorities and technical excellence

About you

  • Passionate about agile software development and continuous improvement
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Highly collaborative, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation
  • Strong communicator—able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to drive delivery while embracing change and uncertainty
