This is an ongoing temporary role, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, resilience, and previous telemarketing experience. The role is within a supportive and structured environment, where you will engage with customers professionally without the pressure of a high-paced sales setting.

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30Key responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. 
Building strong customer relationships through professional and engaging conversations. 
Handling objections effectively and providing excellent customer service. 
Recording call outcomes and maintaining an accurate database. 
Working collaboratively within a team to achieve goals.About the right candidate:

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is essential. 
Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills. 
Ability to remain resilient, motivated, and professional in conversations. 
A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
