We are seeking a Telemarketer/Account Executive to call members of the public.
Exciting role and opportunities, as this is a new position

3 days per week
JOB ROLE

  • Calling members of the public who are self-employed electricians to promote courses
  • Leads are provided, however suggestions welcome to build more leads
  • Engaging on Facebook and other social media platforms
  • Signing them up for the courses
  • Booking onto the system
  • Sending email confirmations
  • Building up a rapport with the electricians
  • Answering and resolving queries
  • Staying connected with the delegates before the course date
  • Following up with a call after the course to gain feedback
  • Inputting details onto the system
  • Producing reports
  • Targeted on conversion rates
  • Using word and basic excel
    REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have experience in calling members of the public or business to business, but dealt with a mix of people
  • Great natural persuasion skills or account management experience
  • Would suit someone who has worked with potential learners in a training company or division or someone who has worked in a recruitment agency, not essential
    SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • Up to £25,000 per annum basic pro rata + £2K bonus per annum, uncapped, so can earn more
  • 3 days per week, Wednesdays and Fridays and then can choose other day to work either on a Monday or a Tuesday or a Thursday
  • 8.30 am-5:00pm
  • Day holiday for Birthday, plus an additional 25 days + stats = 34 days per annum pro rata
