What’s in it for you?

  • Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm, Friday, 9am to 12.30pm - these hours can be flexible to work around you, if necessary

  • Salary: £22,912.50 - £24,024.00, pro-rata depending on experience and hours

  • Monthly performance related bonus

    Telemarketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Work on behalf of a number of clients, performing high volume outbound B2B calls and delivering excellent customer service

  • Identify opportunities, generate new business, and qualify leads by building relationships with prospective customers

  • Deliver pitches and propositions that meet customer requirements

  • Undertake fact-finding missions, successfully identifying key contacts and decision makers and making meaningful contact

  • Reconnect with customers to prospect new business and gauge interest

  • Follow up with prospective customers to establish the next steps and book appointments

  • Liaise with customers to gather feedback that will inform future prospecting calls/actions

  • Grow the CRM by adding prospective customers

    Telemarketing Executive Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an outbound telemarketing or telesales role

  • Thrives working to targets and has a track record of delivering against targets, or even exceeding them

  • Enjoys sales and generating leads

  • Persuasive, enthusiastic, and friendly, able to build rapport on behalf of multiple clients

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written as communication with prospects will be via phone and email

  • Happy to work in a small team and get stuck into any project that comes your way

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, able to switch from one project to another with ease

  • Demonstrates good IT skills, confidence using and updating a CRM systems
