Monday to Friday - 37.5h per week
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential business customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and offering solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ambition to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads and opportunities
  • Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships with existing accounts
  • Understand and assess business needs to propose suitable services
  • Present and promote products and solutions confidently and persuasively
  • Close deals effectively and consistently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven outbound telesales or B2B sales experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • A team-player mindset with the drive to succeed
