Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)

Renew customer accounts and promote relevant products

Identify upselling opportunities through great customer conversations

Deliver excellent service while hitting achievable sales targets

Use a simple CRM and diary system to manage your daily activity

Work within a supportive, high-energy team environment

Confident communication and great people skills

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not essential
